At Shegerly, we carefully inspect our products before they are packaged and sent to our customers.
Because jewelry and accessories are personal-use items and returns can be difficult to arrange, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges simply because a customer changes their mind, chooses the wrong style, or no longer wants the item.
However, we want you to receive exactly what you ordered.
You may contact us if:
You received the wrong product.
Your order is missing an item.
The item arrived damaged or defective.
The item has a significant issue that was present when you received it.
How to Report an Issue
Please contact Shegerly within 24 hours of receiving your order through WhatsApp or our official contact channel.
Please provide:
Your order number
Your name and phone number
A clear photo of the item
A photo of the packaging if it was damaged
A brief description of the problem

Please do not wear, alter, repair, resize, or otherwise modify an item before contacting us about a problem.
The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging when a return is requested by Shegerly.
If We Sent the Wrong or Damaged Item
If we confirm that the issue was caused by Shegerly, we will work with you to arrange a replacement at no additional product cost.
If the exact item is unavailable, Shegerly may offer an alternative item of similar value or another appropriate solution.

Choosing a different style
Choosing the wrong size when the product measurements were provided
Color preferences
Personal preference after receiving the item

Hygiene & Personal-Use Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings and other personal-use jewelry may not be eligible for return or exchange once delivered unless the item is confirmed to be defective or the wrong item was sent.
